One Testimonial (for career guidance from one of Animesh Bisaria's mentees, of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Roorkee, 2023, whom he mentored for different career choices among industry, UPSC, and further studies)

Sir, I genuinely felt great talking to you today. I was able to openly share the competing thoughts and confusion I have been having regarding IT jobs, teaching, and my future direction.

Your advice gave me a much clearer direction. I will try to let go of the past, get rid of distractions, and focus with a single-pointed approach on my PhD. I want to put in my best efforts, build strong research, publish good papers, and make the most of the opportunity I have today.

Thank you so much, Sir, for your time, guidance, and motivation. Our conversation today has given me a direction that I really needed. I will definitely reach out to you whenever I have further doubts or need your guidance.
